saad51233! First of all, its not a Proper way of asking help. Posting just a picture and the magic word "Help" with it doesn't attract much attention.
Coming to your query ...
Is it possible that you are trying to install a wrong driver on your machine?
Its possible that the correct driver is
Realtek AC97 instead of
Soundmax. Now its you who should know about it.
However, to make the solution easier, get yourself a
Universal Driver's Disc. A CD usually have 20k+ drivers in it. It 'should' work for you.
If you are having difficulty in Removing the drivers then use the Driver Sweeper. Download from
HERE.
Run it
in Safe Mode and Sweep/Clean the Audio drivers with it.
Now ...
withtout restarting your system, Use the "Update" feature in '
Device Manager' for your Audio Driver. Use the "Universal Drivers' Disk".
If "Drivers Sweeper" gives you any error or is unable to run ... then make sure you have Dot Net Framework 3.5 installed.
