[HELP] PTCL EVO WINGLE 3G 9.3 (Speed Went Low)

Ive Been using PTCL EVO 3G 9.3 Since an year, i live in malir cantt so i get good coverage, 4 Signals Sometimes 5.
Since then i am getting 700-800kpbs/sec DL Speed,
Suddenly a Month Before, I am Just getting 30-40kpbs/sec DL Speed, Although Upload is fine,

I Don't Know what the hell is it..Ive Recharged again now, Still the Same Problem, And signals are fine too..Can Someone Help?

if the UPLOADS are FINE just like normal it used to be - then PTCL Definitely cutting DOWN your downloading speed

bhai last month meray sath bhi yei howa 18ko speed 25kbps par agai....

ptcl nay 75gb say 30gb kar dia hai...

now m shifted to 2mbps... aj kal 1mb 2mb free upgrade to 4mbps hai toooo stable speed 530kbps aa rai hai.....

I am also having the same problem...Download speed is like 10-15kbps on idm...I paid 2500 for a monthly package and those shit heads at PTCL reduced the data Cap to 30GB. I don't know if they are retarded or something...Now a days 3G on mobiles is better than their EVO...

PTCL Is Gone totally mad in the lust of Money!
Wtf is that, They Reduced 75 GB Quota to 30 Gb! and 30 Gb Quota to 20Gb! These Motherfuckers Really Suck!

bhai unho nay number and line change ki dp say now dsl setting main adsl2+ aa raha hai or setting 0/103 ki karwai hai and monthly bill 2080 k around ho ga agar aik call bhi na karion main ....... call ka pkg 199+tax tha before pakg landline ka bill 240 permonth ata tha sunday ko landline to landline call freee hoti thin.....

Bhai use karna hai to sirf wire ptcl internet use karo maine evo try kiya hai ye log khethe kuch our hai our speed dete kuch our hai ..our jub musam kharaab ho to evo device chalti bhe nahi hai to bhethar hai ke app ptcl ka wire internet use karo.
