[HELP] PSN Plus Invalid Expiry Date

Hey guys i got my PS4 from a store in Lahore. I got the one year membership with it to enjoy the whole of it. I didn't pay much attention when i redeemed the code. Recently when i opened the membership details it was showing the start date of 12 Feb 2017 and expiry was 12 Feb 2018. I contacted the guy which i got the code from he said its some glitch and you need to contact Playstation. Can any one tell me what should i do? Thank You

The region of your ACCOUNT and the region of the PS Plus card, were they both the same region?

If so, and it's still weird like this, hit up PlayStation US support (provided you have a US account), and they should be able to help out.

exactly when did you redeem this ? also is your ps4's time and date correct ?
