[SOLVED] Help please! PC keeps restarting/rebooting on game startup

I have PC with following specs
Intel Xeon X5670
Lenovo X58 board
20 GB DDR3 RRAM
Rx 590 8GB
Window 10
I have played games like Sekiro, God of War, Spiderman (both), GTA V, Doom Eternal, Furi, NFS MW etc on this setup smoothly.
But certain games, when started, force restart / reboot of PC. This has happened when I started games like Ghostrunner 1/ Ghostrunner 2. Recently I installed Lies of P and as I start the game, again PC suddenly shuts down and then restarts.
I have tried everything like disabling internet / anti-virus, reinstalling game / drivers, disconnected any devices, even reinstalled clean Windows.

bro PSU issue or motherboard issue or wallsocket switch or your pc power wire is cheap if not
try changing cpu thermal paste if not
then remove 1 ram and so on keep try

Thanksss man, you are a lifesaver. I changed the power cable and the socket and the game (Lies of P) started without any problem. Played for a few minutes and then closed the game and restarted it. Again the PC restarted and power cable became very hot.
Right now best guess is cheap power cable as I have changed multiple sockets but to no avail.
Shall buy a new cable and then post the result.

yeah those shop keepers always sale cheap cables to unknowns until someone ask for branded good quality cable, good one is used and around 200 Rs maybe
