The powersupply is a bit of a issue here , I would suggest a SOLID 500watt PSU atleast and recommend a SOLID 600watt PSU so incase if you later want to slide in a GPU , you would have any issues.

Changes Recommended
500watt -600watt Power Supply by FSP, Xigmatec, CoolerMaster GX series. (experience from Personal Usage)

Ram
Could you please tell the price at which your getting these rams.
If your getting them somwhat close to 4500, i would get you buy 1600MHz Rams

Appears to be an irrelevant. Look again at OPs question.

@ OP: 40K

Thank you everyone for your suggestions. Lets see how much more frames does i5 2500k give than a q6600.

Recommend you save up and buy a new rig. If you're willing to ho up to 35k then saving for 6 months and getting a trusted product somewhere down the line is a good idea.

IMO, that PC is not worth the price (i) The power supply is tragic (ii) Your Budget is high enough to add a little into it and get a very decent machine which will have a proper warranty of up to 1 year.
(iii) Why is the person underselling a 'almost new' system anyways?
