Help needed in deal

Salam everyone.

I have dealt with pg member @nabeelbukhari for gtx550ti sparkle, He said all accessories are included in package like molex-6pin, vga-dvi and mini hdmi-hdmi adapters. as he is new member I asked him to ship me first. He said Ok no problem. on monday he shipped it to me from lcs rwp and today it reached me
everything is there except miniHDMI - HDMI adapter which is my need which I told him too, I have only HDMI cable for display
He is saying that he put that cable himself in the box and took it to lcs. He asked me how was packaging when it reached me
I said there was a shopper bag and insulation tape over it, he said he exactly packed it like this.
and packing was not compromised, and he is saying he putted it himself. but packing is same.

I want you Mods of PG to solve this matter @Jshak @OmMeE @Darth Major @Wajhi pApArOACh since u are Mods of Marketplace

Buddy I think You Should Talk To the Seller On this matter Personally, And Ask Him To Send The Adapter Now, Or As You Have To Make Payment Today, You Can ask him to less the payment For That Adapter that might be 350-400 rupess From The Complete Payment..

Dear Brothers, I putted the adapter in the box and sent it. I have also talked with the courier guy and he said that receiver didn't complaint about anything. I am new so I already mentioned that shipping risk is not mine. Its my first experience to use courier. I preferred TCS but Buyer insisted for LCS. I sent on his demand.

Nabeel is lying in my opinion. Best thing to do is, Cerbe should buy the adapter then minus that from the total payment.

As you are new to this forum and FRAUD here not be tolerated ! We also had done many deals here not happended this kind of problem ever as you are doing

1- you had left the cable putting in the box and you shipped it .
OR
2- You don;t have any cable you just mentioned over there.

Now the result would be that the price of the cable should be minus from total price
or you accept your mistake that you have not putted cable and agree to ship again to faheem.

@sajjad-waseer, I putted everything in it, first I don't need this converter because I am using DVI. Secondly, why would I lie about just a small shit.... which I don't need at all. Ask Faheem, Everything was in package and I never opened them... because I don't need at all... Thanks

It is your fault that !!

1- You have;nt uploaded hdmi cable picture in your selling thread.
2- Personal Experience with Faheem did deals he cannot do this fraud.
3- Courier service after packing the package cannot re-open it to check or steal. :$

I agree with you on first point that I didn't uploaded the pics because this hdmi and converts things came into discussion few minutes before I was packing things back... I took pics before that so Its not my fault to not updating pics when deal is done. I am not blaming Faheem as well... I trust him thats why I sent him card first. I am not responsible of any issue for shipment, what if someone had taken the card????

Just thought I'd mention my story here not that it's related.

This point of yours is wrong. A lot of my stuff has been stolen like this from a sealed package. I ordered once some hardware from Karachi which came in a 10kg TCS Red Box. When I opened it up, 4 (x 1TB) hard drives were missing. Of course I blamed the dealers who sent it, but the box was clearly opened and re sealed.

When I was selling and going to ship my ECC RAMS, the dude at Leapords, am on good terms with him because salam dua chalti rehti hai whenever I go to get any shipment done, told me not to send expensive stuff from couriers, and agar bhejni ho to wrap it up neatly such that one cannot suspect something worthy or 'keemti' being in there. He took the RAMS, wrapped them in newspaper and taped. Then, he taped it to the box so that anyone picking up wouldn't suspect much considering RAMs are very light in weight.

bhai its either the seller who did not send it --or it has been stolen --thing is if thats the case then every thing should have been taken ...

I said it was absolutely fine. why should I lie them packaging was perfect.

A quick note. If he was new, you never asked anyone here about the repuation, now you are stuck you come for help. Phelay demag laga laitay sahe jaaga to ye naubat nahe ati. Since you need justice come on skype both of you, we will speak all together there....

A few things I noted from the sale thread

- No picture of the item of the hdmi thingy

Secondly, if LCS has taken the package ( as i do always with them ) they must have noted the contents ( items ) on your pink slip ( safe handling slip ). If nothing is mentioned there, then the fault is with the seller.

Conclusion :

Both parties agreed to solve the issue. No negative thoughts developed

@ Nabeel : He made a deal without checking the item and Cerberus was trying to be co operative with the seller. Nabeel got offended as Cerberus accused him of not sending the item, which was nabeels negligence of not checking the item before sending and was imposing aggression to hide the clarity.

The discussion was revolving around the retaliation over the connector, where Cerberus in the end had agreed to send the full amount. Unnessary oaths were taken by "Nabeel " which was imposing some curiosity.

Well the problem has been solved, both parties have agreed to afford some loss over the " Missing connector " which was not checked by nabeel when handing over to the courier. The parcel was given as sealed to " LCS " .

Case Solved and closed.

PS : It is advised to again to involve a " Mediator " for new members on this forum. PG/Jshak is not getting paid to solve the issues.
