[HELP] my EVO USB stop working on power Fluctuation.

guyz i need help here, when ever there is a power fluctuation at my end, my EVO USB stop working, since we all know the power conditions here in Pakistan its nearly impossible to be online for more than 5 min even.

my question is does it happen usually or I am the special case here, secondly is there anyway i can fix it besides getting a UPS ( i am not using UPS at the moment )?

are you using it in a router or with Desktop/ laptop ?

On desktop, i can see it sending speed of random bytes but receiving stops at 0 bytes doesnt receive any data so i have to replug it again inorder to work, its getting worse even after 2-3 min it happens based on power fluctuation.

i have a good stablizer to support my PC and it never restarts due to it but my USB stop's working all the time.
