Help in choosing mobile internet?

Greetings everyone,

I have been wondering around on choosing the best mobile internet. Currently using warid and its Edge is way too slow, can't even browse on it. So please tell me which cellular internet is best for using skype, viber and for browsing.

P.S: I want to use unlimited internet package.

edge is shit in pakistan just like every mobile company here i hope vodafone launches 3g later this year as they r planning to do so

Yeah most edge providers are shit. But if you're really desperate then get either Telenor or Ufone.

For unlimited mobile internet, try Zong perhaps.

Ufone is good too.

I have heard that telenor has a good reputation as far as internet is concerned. Zong may be cheap and it is pain in the a** at the same time.

Yeah, right. With the sky high prices of other hings in Pakistan, I don't expect 3G to be any less.
When you will listen the price, you will surely shit bricks on the awesome 3G.

U won't get 3g in pakistan, not until these damn looters are here. Have tried Zong it's pretty bad, Ufone is OK for edge but won't run skype viber and stuff

Who says it can't run Viber? My Ufone sim runs Viber, WhatsApp, Skype (IM only), WLM, Gtalk with no issues.

all the mobile internet are same.telenor are big lutera.they send me msg that you have given 50 rs internet free till midnight.i use it for hardly 12 mins just for checking mails and face book and it got disconnected.what happen was that my balance of rs 60+ was come down to o.18

Offcourse im can be done through edge/gprs although video calling or even voice calling sucks balls.

I m using Telenor, used skype voice 2-3 times, Its better than Zong, but never tried others..

I am not expecting 3G to be launched in pakistan until 2013. So yeah EDGE is our only option to use on mobiles or PTCL cloud would be an alternative but who would carry and afford such a overpriced device (atleast I won't).

I used mobilink's EDGE for skype /viber and its EDGE is way better than warid. I was able to use skype/viber on it but connectivity is the issue, meaning sometimes your call do get connected but you can't hear voice from other end and sometimes you talk with no issue.

Yes bro telenor has best speed on mobile internet i dont know about the prepaid SIM internet speed but postpaid SIM speed are awesome with unlimited donwload if u bare 1450 bill per month then go for postpaid..For more details contact telenor centre i forget all the method it was long time ago.

Well the Whole world is not using 4G, only US is Rest of the world is on 3G
