HELP - How to hack the PS3 with iPod 5g (Video)

I was trying to to hack my PS3 with iPod Video but when i boot the PS3 (Power + Eject method) with iPod plugged in it doent display anything... The Power on PS3 turns green but theres no disply on the Screen.

So, any idea what i am doing wrong here ? Initially i just copied the rockbox.ipod file to the iPod in the .rockbox folder. Then i plugged the iPod into the PS3 USB port. So am i missing something here ?

First restore iPod then follow this guide.

Question: Do i need to do anything with iPod while i am Booting the PS3 ? or is it just need to be plugged in ?

Hold down 'Menu' & 'Select' together till the screen goes blank, a blue screen will pop up. If this happens you did everything right. Now select PSgroove from the blue menu and then boot the PS3 (Power + Eject method)

Nope, no Blue screen for me.. iPod boots directly to RockBox... hmmm so thats the problem,

ok restored iPod lost my 3 year worth of music collection Got the Blue Screen, Selected PSGroove, Did the boot cycle on PS3 still no Display... if i unplug the PS3 it boots normally... it just doesnt give any display while iPod is connected
