Help Deciding Mechanical Engineering University

Assalam-o-alaikum everyone. Alhamdulillah i have been offered admissions fr Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering by both PIEAS and GIKI. I would like to know which university is better. My criteria for choosing the uni is
1)Academic and faculty excelence (Of course).
2)I am more inclined towards R&D (Research and development) and less towards practical approach.
3)My further interests are Mechatronics and nanotechnology.
4) Most importantly I want to do my masters from abroad.
So i want to know which uni is best fr my plans? Furthermore which uni will aid me in getting into a masters program of a good foreign university. Your help will be deeply appreciated...

I'd personally say "GIKI" all the way due to following reasons

1. GIKI's faculty is highly experienced and academically qualified (although nust is not far behind)
2. GIKI's faculty is well known among universities of europe
3. Many GIKIans go abroad for PHD and Masters from Germany/Belgium/Netherlands etc. (Search GIKI students chapters in Europe on facebook)
4. GIKI's Mechanical Engineering is highly respected in the industry

HOWEVER,

NUST is much much better in terms of international recognition and overall popularity and research wise aswell...So maybe Nust is the right choice for you. Moreover
NUST also has comparable faculty, its faculty is also well known internationally, and Its students are also doing PHDs from abroad...
