u can use an adopter or converter easily available in market...2 pin to three pin universal type
APC UPS use NEMA 5-15P/R type sockets and plugs and their adapters shud not be difficult to find

dude visit your local electronic market and buy a compatible socket are adaptor for your LED and your problem will solved
Here's what I did when I needed an extension to my UPS 
Grab a redundant 3pin, the one used in electronics, cable. Cut it midway and cut an extension. Join the lives and the Neutrals. Solder and tape if you can, otherwise twist and tape and you're good to go for a lot of stuff.
