Any other problem beside this one ? Date and time of the system is correct?
Reseat your chip and try replacement of motherboard's battery.

Before doing anything else, reset your BIOS (set optimized default), by pressing F5 (in most cases) followed by F10 to save changes and restart.

no problem when this message appears .. there are two options and run setup or reload default values .. i run setup there is no settings changed from the old ones (which i modified from default) and then i simply discard changes and exit .. and pc starts working :) .. i think if there is any battery problem then my settings will be returned to default !! ..

You can consider following options 1 by 1. May be 1 could work for you :

1. Restore bios on default settings;
2. Reseat your chip and fastened the HSF properly;
3. Replace mobo's battery;
4. Update your bios.
