I have mandrake linux, I don't use Ubuntu but all linux installations are the same, on what step you are having a difficulty?

yaar after i download wat shud i do....?iiiiiit sayz sumthing abt gnome.....i didnt hav sumthin called wish so it asked me to download tcl/tck lang. i did so....but still doesnt work...cant install it too......
