I wanted to gain weight as most of you had already read my thread.
I started gym after Eid i.e like 13,14 days back.
I saw my weight on the first day and it was 56kgs even though I ate like 30 minutes before gym.
Yesterday I checked it out and it was 60 even though I didn't even had my lunch. Woahh :3 That's great I guess.
The reason I am asking for supplements is that I really get tired while workout even with the very little weights/no weights at all.
So I thought of using Whey protein or something.
Can you guys suggest me anything? Don't have enough range so I will go for a smaller pack. Also if you can tell me where I can get good stuff from. I have Shaheen Chemist near my house.
