Has anyone had an experience with yayvo?

I ordered two PS4 games from yayvo during their shopping day sale and as they were offering 30% off on payment through ubl cards, I paid through that. Their website says 3 to 5 days delivery time, but I've only recieved one of the games I ordered after 5 days and one is still pending. Its been 10 days now.

Their customer support staff keeps saying that the game has not been recieved from the vendor. But since most online retailers deliver within 24 to 48 hrs, I'm skeptical.

Has anyone else had such an experience with yayvo? Curious to know.

Its quite a new store, and yes.
Majority of online stores are just middle points for other vendors.


Wait another week, and if they cant get the game still, tell them to get you another game which they can get easily.

Their service is good and customer support was helpful as well.

I ordered some Ferrero Rocher chocolates from them, one was delivered with the birthday card whereas the other one was not, I talked to them after they were delivered and they delivered the remaining one the next day.

It was an inconvenience but oh well atleast I didn't get ripped off.

I just visited their facebook page and saw some of the visitor posts. A LOT of people are suffering the same issue. Whereas I haven't recieved my order since 12 days now, there are people who've been waiting for 15 days as well.

And their customer support isn't very responsive as far as my experience is concerned.

Honestly, man, try to avoid Yayvo and Daraz unless you're really desperate. These websites and others like them make you think the price you're paying is a discounted price or something but it's really not. They set the original price as something really high so when they discount it, it seems like you're saving a lot of money, when you're really not. I depend on PG's very own Amaga for all my gaming needs and not once have I been disappointed. A lot of the discounted prices on those websites are the normal, non sale prices charged by trusted sellers. These online shopping stores really don't know when the value of a game goes down so they pretty much never update their prices.

I also ordered two items from them during sale promotion. Received the first one after 5-6 days and was waiting for the other one which i eventually received the day before yesterday. So its like my second item took 10 days to be delivered. Funny thing is that i got message from TCS that my item has been picked for delivery after receiving the item! :lol:

I finally got some update from them, saying that the product has been dispatched and will be delivered by today. (I hope so)

Anyway, my take on this:
If you wanna buy online, homeshopping.pk and shopon.com are your best options. They usually deliver within 24hrs.

Avoid buying from yayvo. While I only made a small purchase, there are people who've paid much more for actual consoles and smart phones and have no update about their orders whatsoever.

Will definitely not buy from them again. Although I checked prices everywhere and theirs were actually pretty low after the several discounts.

I honestly feel for you guys. Just keep calling them and reminding them several times a day. Thats what I did.
