erm..there is nothing like admission fee it's not a college they charge on per hour basis...and facilities depends on the gaming cafe..if the gaming cafe located on a good location then they more likely to offer better service..but off-course they will charge more too..once you before regular there..and they see you are a good player they might give you some discount as well as opportunity to participate in various Multiplayer gaming tournaments...

The best way is to go online. Recently many servers have started such as Mohaa, CS, Warcraft, etc in Pakistan(you wont be needing the original copy for that, they are private servers). Pick your game and you can go online anytime. ^ yes you need to pay whenever you visit and Lahore got hundreds of gaming cafes..some of them are quite popular too..but I can't help you out on that matter..as I don't live in lahore!
