its meryl silverbourgh and she isnt even close to foxhound, sure she claims in the MGS 4 trailer ''we're the new foxhound'' but thats just about all we know of that, and she's a soldier, not a spy..

errr...did i play some other mgs or something i am pretty sure she was in it the first one and snake liked her and she was a member ( or former? ) of foxhound or something similar.
