wow psu looks awsome man :) ... but
i have few observations ... except wire management
ist u have a tiny casing for this beast :p
2nd where is ur front intake fan??? i must be pretty hot inside if u keep ur side panel up
yar if u try to mount this cooler turning it anticlock wise and fan towads right ... ull notice a few more degrees drop in temp ... as ur side fan must me more efficient than ur psu fan
also i see ur ram dimms in 2nd n 4th ... its okay if u cant mount in ist n 3rd slots otherwise use them

brave ... just a bigger casing will solve many issues :D

The Thermalright Cooler wont rotate due to South Bridge Cooler (the Circu Pipe)
YES the casing is DAMN! small :D But it fits in my Space that's why I am avoiding bigger one, (Ill post a pic of the setup once get it cleaned up a bit :) )
Here are the Temps, Casing is all closed :) REMEMBER I told that the Fan on CPU Heat sink is not connected, and its working Passive SWEET!
I think that there is No need for an intake fan, intake is Passive, REASON, 2xGTX cards sucking air and throwing out, 1x 120mm Fan exhaust, 1x140mm Fan of PSU sucking air out, pretty cool inside I guess. There is an Antec Bendy fan that throws air on the South Bridge and RAMs.
Hmmm I am not getting the point about 2 and 4th RAM?? O didnt knew that, will look into it though. For Dual Channel is it better to be in 1st and 3rd? OR does it make any difference?

Yeah I love those thumb Screws :D though got an extra 4 screws, just in case I loose these hehehe!

why ... hmm ... same thing i guess ... no intake fan ... just try it out some time if it improves ur temps
cause 45c @ just 3.6 for e8400 is huge even when ur using a ultra ... cause i remember i had e6750 n even @ 3.9ghz with 1.45vcore it never rose above 30c idle ... n i was using asus ss pro with it ... even now my q6600 @3.2ghz and 1.2(bios) stays at 30-30-26-31 ... n same goes for ur gpu

....

just get some time and try to add an intake fan ...

i must again say my love for ur machine has increased by gigabytes after seeing this coool looking psu and two 260gtx in sli :)
