do these drivers make difference to the experience what many members here are facing ?

yup i have tested it. It does some minor adjustment to the glitches and increase few frames. i was getting around 27 frames before that and after that i am getting almost 30 avg at 1280*768... mainly this driver is for those who having problem with no textures at all like some 7900 and 9600gt....
