GPU upgrade from R9 270X 2Gb

As the title suggests, I would like to upgrade my GPU. Currently I'm running AMD R9 270X 2Gb version.
I would like your opinions on what should i upgrade to? keeping in mind to keep the swap cost to a minimum. So I'd prefer to buy something used (in RWP/ISB or online).
And approx how much can i sell my existing GPU for? It has complete box and very rarely used, last two years I didn't even use my PC.

Your gpu should sell for around 8-9k. Now I would suggest to look for a used rx 470 4gb(13k) or rx 570(14k). Though please understand that these will not be enough for the next gen gaming. Unless you upgrade to at least a gtx 1070(35k). Chances are that the first upgrade option may last you a year or more & then the gpu will struggle playing AAA games.
That's just my opinion. Someone else probably will know better
