Good shopping unbranded or local brand stores

Hey guys,

Just looking for tips/advice for mens shopping stores in Lahore that are NOT INSANELY priced.

I am looking to buy a few casual evening wear full sleeved shirts, a couple pair of jeans, and such.

I would like some names of reasonably priced shops, I don't want to buy "branded" clothes.

I walked into a Shirt and Tie shop today and nearly choked at the prices there. 2,200/- for a shirt? No way, I am not paying more than 1,000 for a decent quality cotton shirt.

Anyone have any good ideas? I have been told of a couple of places, but I'd like to know of as many places as possible that I can visit.

yar lahore ka nhe pata lkn karachi mai aram se miljati hai bhai achi shirts 1000 mai. Chase se milti hai. puri zainab market mai milti hain. isse sasti b milti hain lkn unki quality kafi khrab hoti hain.

jahan tk landa bazar ki baat hai bhai to wahan 1000 nhe wahan 30 se 60 rs mai sirt miljati hai or agar dhund k lo to ikdum sahi miljati hai

here in Karachi, I just go to sadder whenever I want a shirt, can easily find them from 600 to 1400 depending on the quality or style.


Have you tried looking at normal Bazaars instead of these fancy commercial zones?
That'll help. I've learned to stay away from those.

I am originally from Karachi, and I really wish there was a market like Zainab market (or even Dolmen mall which is a bit pricier) in Lahore, but there isn't. Liberty is trash compared to Zainab market when it comes to buying men's clothes.

I'll give Kareem block market? a try and see where that takes me. Are there any other places like Libery market (not talking about Emporium or The Mall that pretty much only sell mostly foreign brands) in Lahore for buying men's clothes?

Yeah, Karim block market. Basically, they sell mostly export leftovers but you'll need to go over them once to make sure they don't have major defects. Been shopping there for some years now, get most of my wardrobe from there.

A lot of shops have opened up selling new stuff as well, but again, prices will vary
