Gigabyte r9 270 temps....

i was just playing cod black ops 2 and when i checked my gpu temps,max temp was 81C,what are safe temps for this gpu and it is quite noisy,what is fxaa and anti-aliasing and msaa and is there any software to check gpu stability ? thanks...

Id say 81 is a bit high for such a cool card. In gaming you should have settled for around 70 more or less.
On furmark it may reach 80 *use of furmark is not recommended.

May be your case is not properly ventilated or you need to blow some dust out.
If you use a Blower then use really carefully, especially lightly over the fragile components.

Do that and report.
If your case is clean, at least open the side cover and then test it out.

70c is the average these 2xx runs at mostly in our weather.

So try putting the fan on full speed. Keep it under 70c if you wanna feel safe
otherwise 86c is O K.

and it is recommended to use MSI Afterburner autofan control. Some time the default driver does not run fan efficiently and effectively as it should.

and why gpu utilization is above 90% even 100% is max,is black ops 2 such demanding game,i dont think so,or is there any problem? game is running in background and i am using pg and hwmonitor shows that gpu utilization is 99%?

1: Well, its quite obvious you're running at 100%, right? Open the case for some air.
2: GPU does that to give you all the performance you need and feel glorious about it.
3: no.
