Gaming rig within 70k-75k

I'm getting a gaming rig soon and my budget is 70k-75k. I've chosen:

• Asus GTX750TI-OC-2GD5 NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti GDDR5 2GB 128-bit PCI Express 3.0 Video Card
• Intel Core i5-4460 Haswell Processor (6M Cache, 3.40 GHz) LGA1150 - BX80646I54460
• Corsair Vengeance 8GB DDR3
• Gigabyte G1.Sniper B5 (rev. 1.0) LGA 1150 Motherboard
• Seagate Barracuda ST1000DM003 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive

I'm not sure about which PSU is required for these components, I'll speak with my System Administrator. So, guys, do you think it's a fair selection?

Get a cheaper motherboard i.e gigabyte GA-B85M-D3H as its for 8500 rs then spend the saved cash on a better graphics card.

Getting a cheaper Motherboard won't really help me in getting a better GPU as the latest GPUs are much expensive. The GPU which I've chosen costs around 19k.

LEL Motherboard Won't Help You Gain Performance. Get A Motherboard For Around 5k-6k and spend the rest on gpu.

Bro you have good budget , but you wont get performance after spending this much ..
Go for 600 or 650 corsair or 550watt neo power PSU ..
And spend more on GPU ..

These are just my imaginary requirements. I've talked with my System Administrator, he's an experienced guy and he'll go to Lahore and select some good components within my budget. Thanks for the advice though.

Get a better GPU like 660Ti atleast. and on the Top of It, a Better PSU as well. atleast 600W of any reputable brand like corsair, xigmatek. beside brands, there are some models which are good and other don't. make a research over it.
