Playstation Gaming monitor advice

Hello guys, I've moved to South Korea for my studies and I was looking for a gaming monitor for my ps4. I bought a PS 3D display 5 months ago but that thing is an utter piece of garbage. It's dead now and there's no way to repair it. Anyway, my options are limited to korean brands since ordering from amazon, ebay etc would result in me paying A LOT of import tax.

This model I found (Gmarket - ULTRON 2370) looks good. Specs:

2ms delay
Contrast ratio: 1000:1/5,000,000:1 (DCR)
Full HD 1080p
23 inches
HDMI port

Does this sound good or should I look more?

Koreans don't sell international brand stuff? O_O

Thing is about these monitors, we have no idea how these will be. If you mention a brand name people here might have used it and can give you opinions. On paper the stuff looks good mostly but it's the real life usage opinions that matter imo.

They have every brand here, but the price is atleast 50% more for anything that has come from abroad. For example, BenQ RL2455HM is almost $330 here while at amazon, it's $180 -_-

Really? I had come to the conclusion that optimum for a ps4 display is 60Hz, 1080p and 1-5ms response rate; anything with better specifications is a waste of money. Am I wrong? Do ps4 games support 2k or 4k?

currently afaik PS4 games do not support 2k or 4k display but if I were you,I'd buy a 4k display because 1080p is like 5 years old now .Not saying 1080 sucks or anything but its better to spend the money on something new . Now IDK about PS4 compatibility with 4k display but I don't think it will be bad or anything.
