[SOLVED] Etisalat Contract Phones

Basically means you have to make 5 minutes worth of phone calls in the UAE with a local UAE SIM on that phone for the region lock to be removed / disabled. Samsung does this to prevent reselling of devices in different regions.
If i am getting it right you mean that etisalat locked phones can be unlocked and used here in Pak?

I have heard that it is now unplayable in countries which do not support handful of third world countries not recognized by Sony like Pakistan. Steam is a true global platform.Then they cry that console gaming is dying. -
