Just register at UCAS, thats how you apply to the UK be it any university.
Just choose applying as an individual when registering.
I can't really figure out what you're looking for but know this that their deadline is 15 January, you still have a lot of time.

Ok i may help..if i know what you want..
Here in UK all sessions start in January or September..You may now get admission in September session.

However the best way would be to call them and talk to them..From the website you posted here i can see the number
+44 (0) 20 7679 2000
Call them and ask what documents they want to reserve a place for you in the next session.
Probably they will ask you to scan and email documents,and the grand finale wioll be that they will ask you to send token money..may be a thousand pound or so..
Then you will receive a confirmation letter from them,thatthey have given you admission...and then you will have to apply for student visa.
