Ebravo.pk issue with Mi Router 3(R3)

I have the device "Mi Router 3(R3)" it works perfectly fine everything is okay but there is only one problem that is I am able to open my ISPs sharing protal ebravo.pk but could'nt download anything from it like movie and game torrents. I can only stream webtv from their website. My ISP said that my router is'nt supported with their portal :/
Any Solution? What shoud I do :|

UPDATE: I found this on the internet but I could'nt find any such option in my Mi Router 3 settings.

Why wouldn't a router work with the portal? The router is only a carriage for traffic.

Tried another browser? Tried another PC on the same network? Tried using your phone? Tried incognito mode?

Yes I have tried different browsers on different devices but still same issue :/

Can you give me Primary and Secondary DNS address from your router settings? I will try to set them manually on my router which might work I guess.

8.8.8.8
8.8.4.4
Becz NBB dns blocked some sites even their own websites

I have used both Google DNS and Cloudflare DNS but it did'nt workout for me. I was asking for the ISPs default DNS.

Thanks. I had the same DNS and I guess its not a DNS issue anymore since you are able to download from ebravo.pk

Use the Automatic DNS option in your router settings.

When you use DNS servers other than your ISP ones, you can't access their network

Also, if that does not work, You can flash Padavan firmware on your Mi router. It is a tedious process but could solve your problem. If you have prior experience in flashing, then do it, otherwise don't.

Yes I have been using automatic DNS in my router but it does'nt works.

I have flashed so many phones before (HTC, Nokia, Samsung) but never flashed any router before. I have searched for the Padavan firmware on youtube its such a hectic process

and also it does'nt have the Secondary Connection (for Dynamic IP) in WAN option which I have also watched in an other youtube video

Being an Ex user of NBB and current user of Ebone I can tell you that This has nothing to do with DNS , but with Dual access (Russia PPPOE) Secondary connection!
Go to Network settings it should be pppoe (as you already set up) Do check the Special ISP mode and post screen shot what other options it gives !
