I am sure that the My Telenor App (atleast on Android), doesn't work for doing online recharge. I wanted to top up Rs 100 on my sim. I used my HBL's debit MasterCard which is already activated for online use and I have used it successfully on aliexpress and other sites so many times and never faced any problem. I got an SMS from HBL that a transaction of Rs 100 was made but the telenor app showed that the recharge was unsuccessful. So I advice everyone not to use it to do online recharge for your sim or for your easy paisa account.
Which helpline did you try calling? And has the issue been resolved for you?
I called both Telenor & easy paisa helpline but my issue not resolved yet but I got this email from telenor:
