Dubai Visit - Low cost accommodation required

Salam everyone

I am heading to Dubai for around 4 to 5 days for some personal work. Would anyone who is there guide me towards a low cost accommodation?

If the place is near the Fairmont (Sheikh Zayed Road), even better.

^this and also try booking.com the sites sometimes have exclusive deals, which aren't even available after negotiation
