lol did that to a dead 80GB WD drive a long time ago. and a dying seagate 80gb drive which i put on a shelf but only removed the top cover.

I did this to an old 4GB, 20GB and 40GB hard drive. Magnets they have in Hard Drive are really powerful!!(sm1)
