Dell Latitude D620 Problems

Hello I am Back,

Before Some of the Days i needed a laptop on urgent basis for working on Adobe Illustrator CS6.
My Sister in law gave me her old Dell D620 Laptop.

It was working fine but today it started jerking off...

When i Pressed the Power Button it Turned on for 5 Seconds then Instantly Shutted Down.
It Happened for 1 Hour then i slapped it behind for the couple of times..
Then i turned on and it didnt turned off...


Secondly i wanted to ask that its fan keeps running all the time with full speed..
is it normal?? -.-

no its not normal...
there must be a ventilation issue..
u need to reset the CPU...and then use fresh paste and check again..
if the fan is on full speed all the time then there must be a thermal issue.

now before 3 hours i was working on illustrator i left it for half an hour when i came back i saw it was totaly freezed..mouse was not working even its red light wasnt turned on i long pressed the power button then it turned off..then again i turned it on so its doing the same shit..turning on then turning off..is this heatup problem? maybe the thermal paste is dried up? or is it a board problem? please suggest me a solution i need to resume my work.

bro get the laptop serviced or do it urself....if u can..
