Current Status of Worldcall in Karachi

I need feedback from PECHS/Tariqroad/Bahadurabad users of Worldcall on its current status in these areas. I was a steady wcall user from early 2004 uptill 2010 when it became total and utter sh*t.

Recently someone told me their 2mb package is quite good in 1k and runs smoothly no exceptions. Spoke with their customer helpline about 2mb and 4mb packages and apparently they're charging 350rs. as internet tax as well on 4mb...

My 4mb Connect went kaput in the recent rains. the linemen were scrambling on treetops and poles gathering their network cables and I was like fml -.-

So, any inputs on whether I should reactivate my old worldcall line? and if yes on what package?

I don't know about those areas but I can tell you about Gulshan where it's ok-ish. I'm on 4mbps and usually get around 3.5Mb down but only 1Mb up. Torrents download full speed but browsing can get pretty slow sometimes, especially in the evenings... I have no idea why that is though. But I'm happy with it because of no options in the area, I appreciate the fact they don't have caps.
