[CPU] Benchmark: Winrar run!!!

Goto Task Manager and resources and CPU there you can see cores, if they are park, there are mentioned as core park.

Orite so i checked all of my processor cores are working at 100% in winrar bench
and i also overclocked my rams to 2200mhz but still i'm getting just above 11000 score

so what else would u guys think going wrong pro @5ghz and ram at 2200mhz
don't know what else should i do
will just leave it there i think

Maybe ur pro is being throttled, try running benchmark at stock first then compare it, [MENTION=23230]sunnykhan[/MENTION]

probably throttling case,4.8ghz if not heat up or throttle gives better performance from 5.0 and above with throttlinng..........your ram 2200mhz depending on timing too. above cl 10 it wont be effective. loosing performance.. try to get the sweet spot like 1866mhz or 2000mhz @ cl9 max.

you need to observe from different scenarios

1st of all devils canyon and 4770k they are bad in overclocking but in performance they rocks ... the problem u are facing the cores of ur cpu getting logged ... i think ur one or two cores are reached to limits .... simple try to run the benchmark on 4.7ghz with 2 sticks of rams .. check ur load temps than u will find out what thing is stopping u ... if you are on air cooler 5ghz on devils canyon with benchmarks not possible u will have core lock issues ... even h100i and h110 cant handle 4790k & 4770k @5ghz

thats too much score. and you had better chip and RAM comparing others. Great overclocking on that end.

Gigabyte z97x ud3h was busted last night
i just took out my GPUs to take pic and i installed them back no display
no on board display
checked every card alone but no display i don't know whats the deal
so i bought another board

yup, thats true. the performance improvement is very noticeable in winrar benchmark especially. and Mushkins are known to be good performance rams due to better timings. i'd buy them, if you had with dual slot 8gb.

so 4790k + 1333 = 2600k + 1866 ..... at least in Winrar
