- No burning or dead warranty will be offered ( in transit, operational or electrical fault ), manufacturer warranty is limited, cannot do anything if they void it
- For Modification services, warranty is void and null after u break the microsoft/sony seal. All items included with the package will no longer be held in warranty. Checking on spot will be given to the user before handing over
- If any product has been handed over, please check carefully for any issue arising, once accepting the product, the warranty is over.
- Sealed items are not subjected contain any warranty once they are opened.
- Damaged items during courier is subjected to user's consent. Shipper on risk and insurance is client's option. Courier advice anything beyond 15000 PKR is subjected to 3.8 percent of insurance.
- All items are checked extensively before handing over. Please do not come running after 1 months/ 1 weeks/1 hour for warranty claim. Where warranty is applicable, I'll assist you at my extreme level with co-operation other wise most of the said items are sold with checking warranty only.
- Once the order has been processed, it will not be reversed, unless extreme situation arises, a deduction will be held depending on the item.
- Modification services i.e jtag/l.t mod/jailbreak are done with extreme caution and care with professionalism. There is a minute possibility of the item being non operational or malfunctioning,such cases hold no responsibility and/or liability for any amount whatsoever shall be given by me. In other words i will not refund u for anything
- Items given should be collected in 15 days of time of delivery date, as per clause no responsibility will be assumed or claim be given. Be sure to pick it up asap.
- No sms conversations i.e detailed ones should be catered on, it is clearly advised to call up on the number mentioned in the said timing.
- Repeat - Do not send sms for queries and i will not be liable to reply to every sms you send out. Calls only for sale related issues only... Do not call up for general information i.e hey i need to know what is jtag and l.t , hey do u know how jtag works, hey what is the difference between 4gb and 320 gb, which one better and so on.. I am not here to give u a 24/7/365 support. Google for information.
- I belong to a Professional service as well, so when call up and do not get a reply, you will be contacted back.
- I also run the PAKGAMERS ADMINISTRATION, So i have zillion issues related to the platform as well. If you contact me for this, wait up for your best possible answer as per queue.
