Connecting PS4 to monitor

I i bought a ps4 and i cant seem to make it work with my monitor which has display port, dvi and vga. i tried using converters for all 3 but whenever i connect the screen is black and nothing happens. i can hear audio from my controller just fine.

p.s. my monitor says no signal when nothing is connected so its definitely getting a signal just not working idk why.

i tested all my connectors and wires with other products and they work fine..

pls help family wont let me use the tv

reset your ps4 display by holding the power button for few seconds otherwise see if the wires are connected firmly mine was loose when i got first my ps4 hence the black screen no signal issue.

i've tried disabling HDCp didnt work. safe mode didnt work either. also i tried connecting my rpi to me monitor with the same hdmi cable and converter and it worked

i've tried 2 monitors now same model (or very similar) should i try a thord one?
