Command & Conquer 3 windows vista error?

Hi,
I am having a problem with CNC3 under windows vista ultimate, I am unable to play further in the GDI campaign (act-I) as soon as the level gets start the game keep on existing.. :S I even patched the game to the latest available fixed i-e 1.4/1.04 but still it's not working

PS: I have a high-end system so I don't think that it's something related to my PC..other then the windows vista..

anyone played the CNC3 on vista?

Maybe it has something to do with the pirated copy.

chk ur graphics settings mate.....im using it on Medium Performance settings on my laptop....but i think it has to do with in-game graphics settings....try it out may be it works.

I tried all the settings yaar, buy increasing and decreasing them..but still same error..I also tried the NOD level, and it's doing the same shit on the first level of NOD and second of GDI :S

No its not the graphics problem.I think its the driver of ur GPU making all this trouble.Try to update it
