i used to smoke 2 packs per day before,because i thought it would make my stress less.but after quitting it and joining the gym,i felt a lot better.actually,working out in the gym,helps me a lot in reducing stress.but i can't say for smoking.

Switching from one brand to another does take some time to get used to. Cigs have a shelf life of 6 months. The smuggled imported ones are already expired by the time they reach you. Who knows when they were produced, 2011 2012 may be?!!
