Changing the dvd drive of 360

I just bought new dvd drive for my 360.i opened 360 and attached the drive but it just play dvd,s doesn,t play games.anyone knows what should i do .

So did u Get the Key from ur previous Drive and Spoofed it to the New drive or not.????..

Or U just Bought a Random 360 Drive and Attached it to your 360 ??

Which DVD it plays ? Movies ???
