Call of Duty questions

Thinking of getting Call of Duty for my 360. For all you COD players, a few questions:

(i) Ghosts or Black Ops 2 - which game is better (online wise)?
(ii) Ghosts or Black Ops 2 - which game has more online players?
(iii) Does COD lag a lot while playing for Pakistan? I won't get it if the lag is bad (i have PTCL 4 Mbps)

3.Make new local friends, i would suggest add some pakistani clan member of black ops 2 OR Ghost what ever you like and join them to play, i have seen most people play black ops 2. You will get good ping and will enjoy the game a lot.
