Buying an Xbox One in UK to use in Pakistan

Hi,
I recently moved from England to Pakistan. I am going back to england for a week and I want to buy the Assassins Creed Unity Xbox One Bundle from Amazon.co.uk and bring it back to Pakistan. I was wandering if Xbox Live will work in Pakistan. I'm not to worried about online gaming but I want to be able to add all my friends and talk to them as I am creating a new xbox live account and I also want to be able to download all patches and updates for games and the xbox system. Is this possible in Pakistan? I was also wandering if apps such as BBC Iplayer, youtube, skype and 4OD can be accessed and used in pakistan. If not is it possible to find a way to make them work? Also, would the xbox one digital tv tuner work in pakistan if bought from uk. Do you recomend i buy an xbox one from uk to use in pakistan or should i not buy one at all. Xbox Live works flawlessly in Pakistan. All the region locked apps can be used as well but you will have to follow a certain method to make them work like Netflix, Hulu, etc. I use them all the time on my Xbox.

It works fine
