Budget motherboard for i5 4520

Assalamualikum
Need a budget motherboard for i5520s but something long lasting. The last motherboard I had, well it was brand new but not long lasting. I had to claim warrenty and I cannot afford it again and again again.
I am not planning to game on it or overclocking.

this is the age of 8 gen cpus so you won't find any new mobos made for the 4th gen one you have there. just because you had bad luck before doesn't mean it's going to happen again.

as for avoiding downtime i suggest you buy a second PC as a spare one. You can get some pretty good deals on olx these days. the market is flooded with used branded PCs. you can get a complete system unit of a 4th gen PC for 12-15k. c2ds start at 3k. beyond a certain point it doesn't make financial sense to sink more money into your old PC because cheaper alternatives maybe available in the market.
