daraz has a contract with tcs or something i heard. they deliver via tcs my cousin who ordered from them xbox one also asked tcs he said some other customers have inquired through tcs aswell and when it arrives they would send it via tcs only

Yesturday I called them, they said consigment has to arrive soon (means console was not in stock) acc to them they got more orders than the available stock.

They are telling me the same that it will be next week and giving different reasons for delay like there are elections in Karachi and processions.
Their customer support is absolutely useless and dishonest, each time I call them they have a different excuse.
What good is a discount if the item does not get delivered
Just went to their facebook page and the comments were not encouraging at all.
Everyone there is complaining about delivery times. Looks like they bit off more than they could chew.
The real problem is that they took advance payments (no matter what the discounts) , if it was cash on delivery the wait would have been justified.

I ordered 8 items recieved 5 till now
Waiting is bad but we got some greats deals too
And they have alot to deliever and on their website 8 days to deliever i think most people will have their packages till tuesday wednesday

Well most items that I saw had delivery time of 4-8 days written on them. I think many people didn't notice that or something and were expecting the usual 24-48 hours delivery and hence are complaining for late delivery.
Exactly that is still happening to me I placed the order on Amazon for ASUS GTX 970 Strix on 26th Nov and till now it hasn't been shipped nor did they deducted any charges. And now I'm a bit worried whether my package will reach at my friends place on time or not since he'll been leaving for Pak on 10th Dec.
Should I be worried or should I wait since the Expected date/Arrival date is 7th Dec.
Amazon has gone crazy now they are saying expected Date is 5th and Arrival is 7th:

yeah since holiday rush season in usa deliveres have been going late etc, i too got an email saying few of my stuff would arrive later than expected due to unforseen carrier delay
