BF4 Has Stopped Working

My Problem:

Solutions I've Tried:

• Installed .NET Framework 4.5.2 (but it doesn't appear in Control Panel > Programs > Programs & Features)
• Re-installed DirectX 11
• Ran the game as Administrator
• Lowered the graphic settings from Ultra to Low
• Edited the Windows Registry (using a tutorial)
• Added a user.cfg file to improve performance

Specs:

• Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit
• Intel Core i5 4460 @ 3.20GHz
• 8.00GB Single-Channel DDR3
• ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. H81M-E
• Sapphire Dual-X R9 280X 3GB
• 1863GB Seagate
• AMD High Definition Audio Device
