BF3 disappearing from Origin

Okay fellas, i have encountered a weird issue

I bought BF3 LE from a fellow member a couple of weeks back, installed fine and played for a few hours while i my A** was kicked bad on the multiplayer...lol

I logged into my Origin account yesterday after a week, and Boom, BF3 totally disappeared....It wont even show. I also have Crysis 2, and it was still there.
I clicked my Desktop Icon instead and it asked me to activate the game, i hadn't saved the game key, so i contacted the guy whom i bought it from and since he had the record, he sent it to me. So i tried using the key early morning today and Origin gave me the error that the Code had already been used.

Well, so i logged into my Battlelog page (which was working early morning) logged into live chat and spoke with some Indian guy explaining the issue. He asked me for the Game Code, which i thought was weird, and then my Email ID. I gave em both. Moments later he says, that the Code is associated with another account and he frickin marked me as a Scammer, blocked my Battlelog page as well.

I have opened a case at the EA Customer Support page. Any ideas fellas? What the hell is wrong with Origin?

It seems like the person sold you scammed you from whom you bought it
you bought the key or someonelse account ?

I bought a Key Code, i'll wait for EA's response before making any accusations mate. The guy whom i bought it from seemed very nice. And he is willing to help me through this problem.

ask him from which source he bought the keys if he didnt scam you there might be chances from where he bought they keys got revoked
or might be some technical issue from origin
post your issue there as well

after reading it seems like your money done into drain
you need to call on phone support which i dont think any pk ppl will do / if its skype then there is chance

Yea, Bought it from him. I read this earlier in the morning. I hope EA CS responds positively on this.

My BF3 game is gone for good....
Disappointing from EA's side....the live chat support sucks....
At one point the rep says, the game is linked to my hotmail account (when i never even activated origin with my hotmail ID, rather my live mail ID is affiliated)
Second guy says, its blocked by DAT Team for some stupid thing i dont know abt...:s

Guys, what should I do?

Most probably the keycode you used were either stolen or some sort of hacking was involved. The person who sold you the key, ask him to give you a replacement or your money-back straight away.

This does not happens, It only happens when a bad key or a stolen key has been used. (It disappears after sometime when the real owner finds it out)

there is only one way,ask about the refund or a new key

ea support cant help you in this issue

Well, early this morning i got an Email from EA Customer Support. Some lady was assigned to the case i opened. She asked me to give her a brief description of the issue.....

Well i have replied and lets see where does it go from here.
