BF3 Crashes and gets me kicked by PB.

AOA.

So, recently I re-installed Windows 7 because I was facing several issues with BF3. When I was done re-installing W7 and Bf3, everytime I'd attempt to join a server the game would crash and say "BATTLEFIELD3™ has stopped working" So, I googled this crap and found out that I needed to remove the 'Trade mark' from BF3. I'd scattered through the entire Registry and removed all the '™'s I could find. Still, no DICE. Also, I've tried "repairing" the install via Origin which also didn't work. I have the latest Drivers from Nvidia (I'm using a GTX550Ti). OCCASIONALLY I am able to get into a server, but I get kicked 'cause of PB. Even though I've installed it and updated via 'PB SETUP'. But recently I just decided to try and update PB again and it'd say something like "Error 998: Invalid access to memory location" or some thing like that. Not only am I facing this error when updatin' PB for BF3, but also for other games. (BLR, COD:WAW etc). *BEFORE & AFTER I RE-INSTALLED WINDOWS*. So, I really, really have no idea what to do next. If you guys have any ideas, please do share 'em.

P.S; Yes, I realize I've made over a 100 threads regarding similar issues, but DAMN IT I'm too cranky and since a new thread always get some new views, I might get some help from other people.

I"VE FOUND A TEMPORARY FIX FOR the crashing. But I still get kicked by PunkBuster. HELP!

Removing the trademark sign is the fix for cracked BF3, and u playing legit, I will suggest you to go download a fresh origin download of the game if you wish to play without any issue.

if u r having problems in more than 1 game, i would suspect problems in windows. & if its a fresh install, i would suspect problems in your install dvd
if all else fails, try downloading a vanilla(untouched) copy of windows, install that windows & then activate it afterwards.

^Actually, the previous Windows was on a different DvD, and this one is also a new one. I have 3 games that use PB:
Black Light: Retribution
BF3 and
Call of duty: WaW.

BLR works just fine;however WaW and BF3 both are facing PB issues :S...
