Better Internet Service (Broadband service)

I have been a worldcall 4 mbps user here in Karachi PECHS since ages but as of lately worldcall has started giving me loads of problem. The internet was almost not working for a month from 18th Dec till 18th Jan and I was not even compensated for it even after launching multiple complains and emails.


Kindly please give me suggestions I donot want PTCL at all as I have had a very bad experience with them. The only reason that I stuck to worldcall was that they do not have a limit of how many GB's one can download in a month sometimes I even download 30-50 gb per month as I am more into High Defination Tv shows and movies, music videos and FLAC music albums. Can someone please suggest me a better option for internet here in Karachi which is far better service wise. Right now I am paying Rs 2000 for my internet charges. So any company which offers 4mbps in that amount and does not have a download limit please suggest ???

Why not try PTCL again? I know u had bad experience but its better than it used to be now.
Plus you can get 8mb for 3k something minus tax.

Worst experience ever even lost a land line due to it so don't want it any other alternatives plzzzz.

Plus the freaking customer service of Worldcall 111-111-965 is also not working since 24 hours and neither are they picking up any of their other complaint numbers including the one at Fayyaz Center. In a recent news Dunya News has acquired 70-80% shares of Worldcall so I guess the service is going to go down the drain pretty soon.

Same here in Lhr only 3 to 5 hours of service/connectivity for 2 months. No compensation at all. They were/are saying that upgrade is in progress but I am done with this. I am planning to file a case against all ISP if people come in to help me because someone have to step up. More people = strong case. It is 2016 & we still dont have single reliable ISP...

I'm in the same boat and in the same situation as you, OP.

Using Worldcall 4 mbps from as far back as I can remember. Even the same experience with PTCL...

I recently noticed that Stormfiber is in my area (My street was listed in their website), but it's taking them over 2 weeks to respond. Hopefully I don't have to wait much longer.

Lucky you :D. I dont have any other ISP except local cable and ptcl. Waiting for Fiberlink in my area because Stormfiber will take ages to reach my area :/

    did you try setting up Google Payments? For UBL you may have to get it enabled for internet transactions, Naya should work without it!
