Best way to do CCNA (Routing and Switching) 200-125 training online?

Guys, i need your help guide me the best possible way to do CCNA (Routing and Switching) 200-125 training online. I searched it on google but there are a bunch of tutorials available online .So I'm posting here so some one from the networking side can guide me better about it .

There are a few good courses on Udemy but you'll have to pay for them. (You can find them on torrent sites as well)

Usually I don't recommend going to training/coaching centers, but if you're in Karachi I highly recommend learning from Mr. Ahmed Saeed (he's the best in the business imo). He has a small setup at his home which is one of the only Cisco certified academies here in Karachi. If you want more info feel free to ask or search him up.
