And what's wrong with a pre-rooted phone? :/ Try asking them for a non-rooted phone (HSN).

Pre-rooted phone means you don't get official firmware support.
HSN said that they only get pre-rooted phone from UK. The reason for the Pre-rooting could be that they are region locked to UK or they are contract phones.

I bought Samsung Wave 1 from HSN in 2010. Still using it now.
They never emailed or gave me a physical copy of the bill, even after I specifically asked them to provide one. Still iffy about that.

Umm.. why would you wanna stick with official firmware anyway? In the Pak region, it sometimes takes ages for a firmware to get pushed. You can just flash the latest firmware in a couple of minutes

The phone has not been launched in Pakistan, so that issue of late firmware was never the concern. I like to mod my own phones. Pre-rooted phones can have issues I might not be aware about and then it might be TOO LATE TO FIX THE DAMAGE!
