You should wait for RX 480 to hit the pakistani markets, (should be a 1 month wait max). It will cost around 25k and performance will be slightly slower then a GTX 980.

wait for a month the prices of current gen will start going down as new cards become available, pick out your card then, I think you'll be able to get better deals.
