Best Cellphone for 35K

I was planning to buy Galaxy Note 4 but i backed out as i don't want to spend so much money on a cellphone that i will use for only a few weeks since i do have the disease of selling phones after using them for a few weeks. I am currently planning to go for HTC Desire 820 for 38k but i watched a couple of reviews which says that it heats up alot during game..What should i do? Should i go for it?

TBH the new Desire series is crap.
For 35k, you can get an Xperia Z1, LG G2, Nexus 5, Galaxy S4 or a used Note 3.

i would say galaxy s4, best smartphone within 35k (i wud prefer Galaxy s4 value edition) if u look display/cam/hardware and options like card slot...but avg exp in android usage if u can ignore that.

If u have such disease to sale cell phone in weeks then dont buy any new model u will get loss like note 4 try to take such phone which is not newly released like note 3 or u will also save ur money buy purchasing korean models same specs and performance G3 will be next good option or s4
